Welcome to Mad Smoke! My name is Dave, and I’ve been making my special food for family and friends for more than a decade. Our fresh ground, never frozen patties are unlike anything you’ve probably ever had, many people like to eat them without any condiments at all.
Raised in Western New York, I completely understand that this community loves food, so I take the flavor and freshness of my menu very seriously. We’re located on Grand Island at 1437 Ferry Road, right on the Niagara River. Boaters are welcome, just float up to our dock!
Our perfect balance of sauce and seasoning leads to a delicate burger, with a little bite, Mad Smokey flavor, and just the right amount of sweet tang.
Over the years I’ve come to learn that the most important ingredient in my food is the character I mix into every batch of burgers, and slow cook into every beef taco.
